Kiana Analytics leverages real-time data reported from your existing network, of mobile device wifi and bluetooth signatures. This data is encrypted and securely analyzed to  identify presence and movement of people and assets based on their mobile phones, badges and other wearables or tags to enable smart facility services for visitors and staff. Our XPRT platform does not require deployment of hardware or software to provide services to Security, Operations, Facilities and HR.

Security is paramount for us.  Visitors do not have to show their vaccination details once registered.  Their QR code provides proof that they are permitted to attend.  Personal data stays behind your firewall.  Kiana only uses encrypted mobile device signatures for our services, we never receive any unencrypted data. Only your own authorized staff can decrypt information for their use.

Our Registration system is part of the XPRT Platform and leverages the same privacy and security features of the platform.  The system provides you the ability to select the type of visitor registration details you require, long term registration or limited time duration events can be supported as well as location specific or cross-site visitor needs.

Upon creating an even registration, a link and QR code are created for you to share with your guests. Post it on your website for sporting events, or attach it to an email or a mailed invitation. You take ownership of how and what information is requested for a given event. Even visitors that just pop in unannounced can also use the system before they’re allowed on campus.
